CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

We’re looking for dance educators.

We are open to instructors from a wide range of dance backgrounds. Current opportunities may be structured as part-time teaching, guest instruction, workshops or future class development based on fit and availability.

Dance Teachers

Experienced instructors who can lead classes with clarity, care and strong classroom presence.

Part-time Instructors

Flexible teaching arrangements for instructors balancing other professional, academic or creative commitments.

Dance College Students

Dance majors and college-level students with solid training, responsibility and an interest in developing teaching experience are welcome to apply.

Guest Artists & Workshop Teachers

We also welcome short-term collaborations with artists who can bring fresh movement languages and perspectives to our students.

H&L’s current student program is rooted in Chinese dance, while our hiring search is intentionally broader. We are interested in teachers from many movement traditions who can contribute to a thoughtful, high-quality learning environment.
